1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Simei Creatives' influencer marketing, ad production, and Xprs-shots services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Simei Creatives offers the following services:

• Influencer Marketing and Creator Collaborations
• Premium Ad Production and Content Creation
• Xprs-shots - Mobile-first Reel Production Service
• Brand Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Social Media Marketing and Management

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Simei Creatives agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about their brand, products, or services
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, and materials
• Pay all agreed-upon fees within the specified timelines
• Respect intellectual property rights and licensing agreements
• Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical business practices

4. Influencer/Creator Responsibilities

Influencers and content creators working with Simei Creatives agree to:

• Deliver content that meets the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards
• Disclose sponsored content in accordance with FTC guidelines and applicable laws
• Maintain authentic engagement and not use fake followers or engagement tactics
• Meet agreed-upon deadlines for content creation and publication
• Not engage in activities that could harm the brand's reputation

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Project fees and payment schedules will be outlined in individual agreements
• Advance payments may be required for certain services
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements

6. Intellectual Property

All content created by Simei Creatives, including but not limited to video productions, creative concepts, and marketing strategies, remains the intellectual property of Simei Creatives until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights transfer will be specified in the individual service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, trade secrets, and sensitive business data shared during the course of collaboration. This obligation continues even after the termination of services.

8. Liability Limitations

Simei Creatives strives to deliver exceptional results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as viral reach, follower growth, or sales conversions. We are not liable for third-party platform changes, algorithm updates, or external factors affecting campaign performance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all completed work and services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration in Hyderabad, India, under Indian law.

11. Modifications to Terms

Simei Creatives reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
